MAG 324 / 322 Cannot Update Bootloader Image

I am trying to update the boot loader image and it does not work on either 322 or 324. I have prepared a USB drive exactly as described here: https://wiki.infomir.eu/eng/set-top-box/for-developers/stb-linux-webkit/customization-and-image-making-for-embedded-portal/logo-of-bootloader

However, when I try to update the image using the BIOS Update Logo option, it just says it cannot find the file. I have checked the filename and directory name on the USB stick.

Any ideas? I cannot SSH into the box as SSH is closed by default.
