Mag322 w1 freeze on turning on

Have same trouble. Everytime I turn off TV or Mag322w1 box, I need to reboot the box by turning off power to get the device started again. Otherwise device never turns on, TV screen stays black and nothing happens. Any one knws how to fix it?
