        ı buyed new 322 , ı have a same problem black screen.
        ı have version 2.20.08r2-324 .
        all the the time coming black screen after ı should restart for solutıon.
        please help

          Hey everyone! I think I solved the problem. I just went into settings>go to inner portal>ok>settings>software updates>disable automatic updates>press f2 update manually>under new version click left or right to go back to the previous version. Then click F1 and let it do its thing.
          I worked for me. Hopefully this solves the issue until infomir fixes whatever caused this problem.

            Yes we have exactly the same issue with these boxes this is a major flaw, I Contacted support this morning and i am still awaiting a reply.

            They also have a major flaw with overheating causing issues with the solder under the CPU which causes Lines on the screen when overheating.

              Same issue with my MAG256w1..., tried factory reset, update firmware, checked portal url, all network interfaces are up.
              I get loading portal message but then everything goes black.
              What can I do now :.(

                I have same problem with my Mag322, any news about this issue?.

                Fail descreption:
                Black screen and remote not working and only take the power cable out working.
                HOW :
                1- turn on the Mag box wait until its log to portal.
                2- Choice one channel and open it.
                3- change channel 2-3 steps then screen going to black and nothing working.

                  Hey Infomir! How about you fix this issue instead of saying the same crap! I've been using every way imaginable to fix this issue on your "premium" mag box. From using different portal urls to updates to changing buffer sizes like a crazy person. Email me and respond to this thread with a fix asap! I'm highly displeased and pissed off!

                  this works, select the older software version!

                  On this issue, you can go to the embedded portal/Software autoupdate and select
                  1) Autoupdate - Disabled
                  2) Update to beta versios - OFF
                  Then press F2 and select previous software version. Press F1 to update

                  Thank you...worked a charm. Think the update has something to do with them saying they will try to stop the additional activities in December 2018 and this update does exactly that.

                  Just make sure you go to autoupdate then press f2
