No access to setup or home screen

Hi. I have an Mag322W1. Could not setup for WIFI, so I decided to go with wired Ethernet.

No big deal, later I will deal with this problem.

Lately I setup an IPTV and it works good.

Now: I would like to change the setup, but I can't get there.

On the remote I press the setup"" button: nothing happens.

Press the APP"" button: nothing happens.

Can't get to the home screen, the IPTV starts automatically when turned on.

Can you please help me?
