No preview + no video

Hi.

I am suffering one issue I cant solve with the Mag 322W1 of a friend of mine.

In his house: All loads perfectly. I see the list of countries. Choose one and see the list of channels of that country. When I select a channel, no preview AND NO BIG VIEW after clicking again ok button.

In my house: Works prefectly doing nothing after plugin

In both cases is working with ethernet plug.

Is a problem, as I think, with the router?

Can anyone assit, please?
