MAG349 audio sync and "not supported"

Hello, my MAG349 shows: "Your STB is not supported" with one iptv provider. Is this model so much different from other MAG's like 256 or 322?

A lot of times the audio and video are out of sync. Live television only a little bit but VOD is sometimes really bad.
