Mag 351 internet speed

I have just purchased a Mag351 and for some reason when I test the interet speed both via Wifi and Wired connection, the maximum I am managing to get is 12mbps on wired and 4mpbs on wireless. I have upgraded to the latest firmware (2.20.03-351) and I have an internet connection of 250mbps. When I put back my old Mag 322 the speed goes up to around 70mpbs. I would like to know if Its a fault with the firmware or the hardware (maybe only mine is defective) so that I can return it back. Its impossible to view proper 4K video streaming with 12mpbs.

I'd like to know what servers it uses for speedtest?

I have the same Problem please help me how to fix the Problem. I got Ethernet connection, i changed the router, made factory reset and i still got6 mpbs speed.
