Guys i need your help. I tried several portals and i am facing the same issue. I have a mag 351 and for some reason the window on the top right which should show you what is currently running on the channel you chose is always empty although the sound is on and STB.crashes. What could be the problem? How the fix?

    DestinyX Same issue here since the last firmware update months ago, infomir does not help or respond at all 🙁

        Do you have "Portal" in the advanced settings menu? If so, just make sure the small box has a black mark in it......
