I am having same problem, It is keep freezing after 5-10 minutes uses (Channel keep playing but unable to change channel or move back). I observed also box get quit hot from the bottom at center part only.One more thing i found in my box i tried to play video from already saved in USB and i could not see the video but the audio was good. I have tried to update firmware by using USB but still same any idea/help would be appreciated. Firm ware version: 2.20.09-r4. I read a lot of comment regarding downgrade firmware. But in my mag box does not show option to choose older version, possibly due to i bought recently and never ever installed any firmware before.

the pause mode isn't actived into my box also it's weardose becausemy device goes into pause mode, when this is off, the TV closes when I touch the remote when it is in pause mode when it is off and my wifi is never connected when I do restart my box for one of three reasons: It makes bug's, it is freeze, it closes my TV ... The magic remote is never viable also when a active it too! My box is perhaps contaminated ... Help me please! I have a full cover warranty could you de send to me a news box and i send to you my box ?
