Mag 256 page loading error

Hi all my mag 256 was working perfectly until 3 days ago a message came up say page loading error and underneath says please check the connection and the page URL. I don’t understand this because everything connected write and there is good signal with the WiFi and WiFi is connected could some1 please b able to help me out here thanks in advance

Try again if it does not wrk problem with your internet signal . Go to settings and check intrnet info .

ssathi the internet signal is perfect and it connected to the WiFi because I checked the WiFi speed test. Today I am getting this message up

Done all off that and still the same I got on to my provider and he said the network is Down and there trying to get if fixed as soon as possible
