hi i had to change server it worked first time the problem is service providers are not running latest firmware for mag 420 and newer models

just after checking firmware on mine its 2,20,03-r2-420 there is 2.20.04-a4-420 available not going to update

hi all, theres a patch that your suppliers need to install from infomir. if you pass them this link if will fix the problem 100%:

minacris are you able to share a link to the 2.20.01-a14-pub420 firmware? I cannot find this anywhere to perform the downgrade and have this problem too.

I found a link to 2.20.02-r5 (July 2019 update) here: https://hensoft.tv/resources/mag-firmware but this doesn't seem to have fixed the issue

I have recently purchased a mag424 and have found similar problems with some Service providers . As Ben wheway posted it is probably up to the providers to do something.
The software in my box is 2.20.01–pub-424 Wed July 31 13:52:53 UTC 2019
I have now found 3 providers that work with my mag424 , after going through a lot that do not .

are you using portal .? I am using mag420w everything working ok except for viewing The video Club titles of the covers only loading half the image of the title covers.can you check yours in video club see if title covers load ok.thanks Jon

I am not using it just now . But when I did yes I did notice the same thing , video covers only half loading ...strange but I can live with it . Lol

Unfortunately your all going to hit brick walls with this box as infomir have applied anti piracy software to stop the use of IPTV, so unless you find a European supplier who has got around this with a patch you basically own a brick, and god knows why they’re still selling them, the suppliers in this country are fastly moving away from Mac addresses and going to username and password apps, so android mags are the way forward unfortunately

Same message coming up with infomir New Box Mag520, even my provider have Ministra TV platform 5.6.1 and they support already Mag420 , Mag424 , Mag425 , I thing informir have to mention on there website which box support which type of Platform, every new box informir come with 99% provider don't support them.
