MAG425A Internet connect

Hi All,

so I’ve just purchased a brand-new MAG box 425A. But the internet keeps disconnecting, I’ve now tried it with WiFi and a powerline. It okay for 5 mins then I get a pop up saying disconnected.

Help would be much appreciated.

Hi,

My mag254 internet connection gets connected and disconnected from ISP, I have purchased this device new last week. Do I need to replace it, I did the reset mag254 and didn't work at all. And information about regarding this issue?
