Hello, I received several STBs last week and started testing today because of other things last week, but I encountered some problems.
- First, when testing MAG254 and MAG256, the IPTV Channels in the internal portal could not detect channels.
- After selecting the default or smart theme in the external portal, it is stuck on a black background picture with four small icons constantly flashing
- After changing to other themes, it can work. In the TV module, Ican see channels that I have set, but they cannot be played. After clicking, a page that shows "channel is not available" will pop up. But it can be played on my IPhone and TV's MINISTRA PLAYER
- This set-top box can always be detected in Ministra TV Platform
- Today I try to play youtube video. The webpage working well, and I even can select any of youtube videos. But the video couldn't play.
