On June 18, 2021, something changed. The channels marked as favorites disappeared. On several models of the Mag boxes, maybe all, pressing F3 to add a channel as a favorite still mark the channel with a yellow star however, when the F2/Green button is pressed and Only Favorites is selected, ALL channels are listed, not just the favorites.
Additionally, the yellow star for channels marked as favorites also disappear. I reset the boxes to factory setting and reconfigured the network and portal, but the same thing happens. Does anyone know how to fix this?
