522W1 - EPG Channel Preview doesn't load properly

New MAG user. Got the 522W1 box. The EPG Channel Preview is off centered and can't get it to go into its proper location.

Tried multiple combinations of Video Output Resolutions and Graphics Resolution to no avail.

Please see the attached screenshots. The Channel Preview is over the Guide Text.

Resolved the issue myself!

Disable HDMI-CEC is Inner Portal > Advanced Settings.

Hello,
for the Last 3 days my MAG522W1 is not responding after showing the home screen with channel line up. I can't make any selctions using the remote. I changed batteries multiple time to no help. Also, the light on the device is becoming dull once it reaches to the point where it loads the home screen. Can someone help
