Hello
I have two boxes where the 322w1 has no audio completely, it was working fine before and the second 420w1 has no audio issue in video on demand section while live sections all working fine.
Have tested both account on a different box and audio is working fine so its not an issue with the service.
Have tried to factory reset and update but still same situation!
I really appreciate if you kindly adv how to solve this audio issue.
