Mag524w3 Speed test very Low (12-15mbps)

I am having speed issue with my Mag524w3 doing the Speedtest from the Embedded Portal/Setting Menu. My Router speed hardwired to the Mag524w3 is between 700 Mbps and 800 Mbps but when I do the Speed test from the Box, I get between 12 and 15 Mbps.
I called my IPTV Provider and they told me that they cannot help as this is the Mag issue. I have 2 Mag524w3 and both shows the same speed from the box. This is very frustrating. IPTV service is tell me it is not their fault, Internet Provider is saying between 700 and 800 Mbps is what I am paying for and they are not responsible for the Mag524w3

I'm having the same problem. ISP direct service is 200mbs (Virgin Media but using their router as a modem and a Unify router to stop them throttling speed to my Liberty Shield Pro VPN router - spent extra on Pro Router and Mag524 to get best speed)! Mag524 connected by wire and WiFi (can't see how to switch off WiFi which I connected just to check speed options). Connecting my iPhone to the 5g VPN router using a LS German server via WiFi, I get 10.5 download and 15.9 upload but using the MAG524 inner portal speed test I get just 4.71mb (2.75 until I did a complete power reset on all equipment). Watching IPTV is a major pain which suggests the speed test result is correct. For my portal to work in the UK my IPTV provider recommends connecting to a Spanish or German Server. My VPN provider has tried switching to various servers but nothing works and they are saying it's a Mag Box problem. What is the point in spending extra on the latest kit to have such poor results and what appears even poorer support!
