Hi,
I just installed the MAG524w3 to my TV/Audio system, replacing the MAG254. The system is ethernet wired.
The very annoying problem is that the Mag 524 completely overrides my system, and makes all other devices impossible to use. Playing a CD, the MAG after a few seconds starts up - watching AppleTV, after a short while, the MAG is taking over……
My set-up:

Yamaha RX-A4A surround
OPPO DVD/CD
Apple TV 4K 2. gen
etc.

The Mag 524 is connected to the internet through a HP switch, which also connects the Oppo, AppleTV, and the Yamaha.
All the devices are connected to the Yamaha with HDMI cables. The Yamaha is connected to the TV OLED65G16LA with HDMI.

I have also tried to connect the MAG directly to the TV with a separate HDMI input TV and a separate wired internet cable, but it still overrides the other devices. If we turn the MAG off with the button, it closes the Yamaha as well.

Thanks for reply, but unfortunately, my specific problem is not described in the FAQ. I don't find a form for, neither an email address for contacting support.

      I face the same issue where it overrides the system and switches off the tv when I switch off the box. Apart from switching off the tv it also disconnects other devices connect to the tv through other HDMI ports like a sound bar.

      It also overrides other apps on my LG smart tv, so whenever I try to view any app like Netflix, plex or YouTube it switches back to the box in a few seconds if opening that app.

      I have no other option but to physically unplug the mag box HDMI cable to use other functions of the tv properly.
