MAG 256 blue screen

Hello Forum

Hope you can help me, I have 5 new MAG 256 boxes they updated to the latest software 3 of them work perfectly

2 of them go to a blue screen after boot up when using a HDMI cable, if I use the 4 pin 3.5mm Jack composite video cable they work perfectly

Now the strange thing is if I wait a while and I know it has booted up (still showing the blue screen) if I press the red button on the remote to turn off the box the blue screen goes away for a split second and I can see the menu then the box goes off, switching is back on goes straight to the blue screen

I have tried to:

downgrade the software 0.2.20-a6.15 (still the same)

upgrade the software to 0.2.20-a7.7 (still the same)

changed the video to auto (still the same)

changed to each possible video size (still the same)

Reset (still the same)

So I'm stuck, hope someone here has some idea on what I can do,

yes I have already shouted at the box (still the same)

Found the problem on my side. It was the tv causing the problems. It was so annoying for 2 months.

I set the mag256 to ignore hdmi events. It is an lg 3d tv

from 2014 and otherwise never had problems with it. I guess its incompatible with the hdmi standard but who cares.
