Problem can be loved easy but not very nice.
You need to have at least two service packages defined in tariff.
First package will contain all the modules EXCEPT game.mastermind. If You try to load this module, bug will stop You from using new launcher skin and stalker client portal will not work.
Another package you must have (or more) in order to setup You channels. If You try to put channels in previous package it will not work, either it does not save channels properly (and You will have no channels at all in TV app) or it will put automatically all modules packages back to running, and that will bring up bug from above and kill Your stalker portal next time You reboot.
Both of these are serious bugs, and should be fixed ASAP!
