No channels streaming

Hello All,

I am subscribed to UK Premium on my mag254

I am able to see the guide (whats on/whats up next)

Unfortunately I'm not getting any audio or video from

Any of the channels im subscribed to with the exception of the radio. The radio works.

I am getting out to the internet as well.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
