Persistent Issue

Hello, I have owned the Mag 254 (2017) box for almost a year now. And always have an issue with channels not loading. Sometimes we need to reboot the box by unplugging it. Other times just choosing the reboot option from setting.
My internet is working fine, my provider is active. This box will not load channels. Sometimes we have to push the TV button on the remote and that brings the picture back. But now, not working. I have tries everything and spent a lot on this box for it's ease of use. But at this point it is now useless. Please guys I need some help to bring this thing back to working. I have searched the internet for info on how to fix this issue myself and have seen many many people asking the same question with no solutions.
