its more of a forum for complaints and sharing solutions from users the official route for solutions is the support ticket in their web page..
However i suspect many of the issues are old issues with their newer boxes and the new firmwares issued are not for illegal iptv providers and are re-coded to stop them working properly
I do think though that having sold the boxes to good faith customers knowing full well of their intended usage its more than remiss to now ignore the issues and pushing the issues back to the iptv provider... which in my opinion is how they will deal with the piracy element.
the only recourse is for some clever people to be able to re-code and make the platform work the way they used to with illegal iptv providers. Maybe the iptv providers will do so but am not hopeful
for those whose boxes still work id say dont update..... turn the auto updates off
Infomir have removed all old firmwares and i think this too is inline with their efforts in controlling piracy....
