New app TiViMate that is supporting Ministra platform

. The problem is that these users are not showing online or offline on the system
. These TiVimate users can connect on multiple systems using the portal address and will only assign the mac address on the system and give them the channel
. Users cannot be blocked on the system or remove , ones they started will auto-assign the mac address and load the channels

I would like to know how can we manage users that are using the new app TiViMATE on the ministry portal ?

TiViMate is a third party application and we cannot give you any advice on how to administer these devices on your portal.

There were no special integrations and tests made for third-party applications. Our products such as Ministra Players and MAG set-to box are guaranteed to work on the Ministra TV Platform and have no problems with administration on the portal.

Ministra player doesn't work on LG tv but as per your comments above you guarantee that your products will work. Let's see how much longer will take to fix LG ministra player issues such as tv channels not showing up.
