Hi

My Magbox recently stopped working, when it loads I get a message saying "Waiting for Network Setup" and a timer which counts down 60 seconds.

When that completes I get the page which says "Page Loading Error" at the top and below are the Embedded Portal, Portal 1 and settings.

My internet connection is absolutely fine, it is showing as enabled and connected via Ethernet with the correct IP and MAC Address. I have tested it by connecting it to the browser in the embedded portal.

Also my Network addresses are fine, the portal and NTP addresses are correct.

The box is on the latest firmware and my subscription to my provider is still valid.

Any ideas on how to fix this as I am all out of options? I have tried rebooting, unplugging and doing a factory reset but nothing is working. It always takes me back to the same "Waiting for Network" and "Page Loading Error" screens.

The message "Page Loading Error" appears if the box cannot connect to the portal using the specified URL.
If the URL is entered correctly, the network is OK, and the portal is available, the issue might be on the portal side.

In such case, we would advise you to contact your IPTV provider regarding this issue.

      dubsy did you get a solution to your problem? I am having the same problem with new MAG524W3 device after i did a factory reset. Everything was working fine on the same home network before the reset. In my case I tried connecting my BOX to a different ISP and everything worked! But as soon i connected it back to my home network it wont load the portal. My initial thought was my ISP blocking the portal URL - but upon several days talking with ISP it was confirmed they did not block anything. I am also able to confirm the same by running TRACERT within my router and its reaching the ISP destination every time. Internet works fine through the embedded portal. I am pretty much baffled what is causing my URL not to load. Were you able to resolve the issue on your end?

        Unholy did it get fixed because I have the same problem with 6 of my boxes I have.
