Mag 322 disable parental control

Hello i ve a old 2018 mag322 . My provider modified his menus and now i ve to enter parental code for a lot of channels he listed with parental control. I live alone and this feature is not useful for me.

I contacted OTT premium but they say i ve to disable it in the decoder . But i only can change the code and not disable it. How can i suppress parental code ?

Unfortunately, there is no possibility to disable parental control at the STB settings on your own. To disable or change the access password (parental control), it is needed to contact your IPTV/OTT service provider, as only they have the ability to disable or change the password on their portal.
