Hello,
My preview screen no longer shows up at all. I used to be able to press 'ok' on the remote and the preview screen with all my channels would show up, and I can select which channel I want to watch through here. For a month now, this has stopped working. I cannot even click channel up/down on the remote, making it very difficult to use.
I purchased this Mag box in January 2021, and am already having issue. Everything else works perfectly, but the preview menu is not showing up. I have tried resetting, tried updating from http and from usb, and nothing has fixed the issue.
Can someone please help?
