Hi, i bought a mag 524w3 and i try to play 4k movie but had only sound with black screen. I change resolution to 2160p from recovery but still same issue. Mag520 plays normally 4k movies but mag524 doesn't, i use the latest formware. Any suggestion? Thank you.

      I have the same problem with Mag520

        makists To fix the problem, a new firmware version is not required. When the problem will be fixed, the set-top box will receive an automatic fix via the Internet the next time you try to play 4K content.
